By taking over this traditional village café, local boy Victor Bavaud has modernised the sign while maintaining the conviviality dear to the inhabitants. Several atmospheres welcome you in this typical chalet: warm and authentic in the café, more elegant in the restaurant or contemplative on the terrace with a magnificent view of the Alps. The atmosphere varies, the menu adapts to the seasons - at least four times a year - thanks to local products. The Café des Alpes has also become a reference for hunting specialities, 100% Swiss meat, an increasingly rare advantage! Variations according to the seasons and also sure values, fish from Lake Geneva, Swiss mountain veal chop, cut up in the dining room, black leg chicken from Gruyère (on reservation); these regional dishes remain emblematic of the tasty cuisine of the Café des Alpes.
