The Champ de Clos winery works and cellars 12 hectares of vines spread over 7 production sites, including Aigle.

Committed to showcasing the extraordinary richness of the Vaud terroir, the Champ de Clos winery cultivates 12 hectares of vines in St-Saphorin, Chardonne, Dézaley and Montreux, as well as in Aigle and Ollon in the Chablais region and Bonvillars in northern Vaud, on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, where their Oeil de Perdrix comes from. The grape varieties grown in their vineyards are determined by the exposure and soil type of each plot. With some 55% Chasselas and 35% Pinot Noir, the tradition is preserved while offering something to satisfy your curiosity with Gamaret, Garanoir, Merlot and Ancellota for the reds and Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc for the white specialities.
