The love of the vine, the tradition and the passion have been passed on for 4 generations in this estate cultivated with respect for nature.
Delphine, a young winemaker and oenologist, took over the estate from her parents Isabelle and Jean-François in 2020. 6.5 hectares are worked on four production sites, namely Chardonne and Saint-Saphorin in Lavaux as well as Yvorne and Ollon in the Chablais Vaudois. The diversity of the different terroirs of the estate allows the vinification of a wide range of products. The Chasselas, the king grape variety of the region, is the subject of three bottles of different appellations: Chardonne Le Chantey, Saint-Saphorin L'Elégant and Yvorne Le Chardon. A Pinot Gris and a Chenin Blanc complete the range of whites. As for the wines made from red grape varieties, we find a Pinot Noir rosé, a Pinot Noir d'Ollon as well as two blends, not forgetting the specialities matured in barrels: Gamaret and Galotta.
