Philippe Gex is an exceptionnal connoisseur, a winemaker to the core of his very soul whose passion and prowess has elevated his domain into a major focal point in the Vaud vineyards. His mission to perfectly reflect the unique terroir is epitomised by the purety and exemplary style of his wines. Based on observations, analysis and personal choice, Philippe Gex has diversified considerably the domain’s grape varieties. That said, the Chasselas grape still reigns supreme occupying some 55% of the vineyards. The Pierre Latine winery also runs a cosy and welcoming « Table d’hôtes » where you can sample some delicious domain wines to accompany a tasty, personalised meal.
