The itinerary is entirely flexible, and can be adapted for road cycling or gravel, depending on your expectations. The outing takes place in a friendly atmosphere and can accommodate groups of up to 8 people. Ideal for women, the activity is open to everyone !

On this outing, you'll learn how to:

manage your effort on climbs
improve your turning and braking technique on the descent
avoid pain (back, neck, feet, hands)
eat correctly to avoid "bar crashes"

Other aspects may be covered depending on the level and interests of the participants. After this discovery outing, you'll not only have more confidence but also more fun.

Practical Information

Conditions / supplements

Bring your road or gravel bike in perfect working order and your full equipment (including helmet, cycling shoes, gloves and sunglasses). Bring suitable clothing for the weather.
The outing takes place in all weathers, unless the guide decides that conditions are dangerous. The decision will be communicated no later than 24 hours before the activity in the event of changes or cancellation.
In the event of a sudden change in weather conditions during the outing, the guide is empowered to take any appropriate decision.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
