The art of paper cutting is rooted in the traditions of the Pays-d'Enhaut. Among the precursors, Jean-Jacques Hauswirth and Louis Saugy were natives of the region.
Since then, the art of decoupage has been perpetuated by young artists, who have developed it by not only decoupaging alpine scenes, but also more exotic landscapes, animals or objects.
Thus, under the guidance of a cutter, we propose you to come and learn about this ancestral art and discover its history. Then, arm yourself with scissors, try your hand at cutting and take home your first work.
From the 17th September, the initiation will take place in Rougemont.
