Description
Lacto-fermentation is an age-old preservation technique with numerous health benefits.
Bastien and Yaëlle from Potag'Oex invite you to come and find out more about lacto-fermenting vegetables.
This course will give you the chance to try out this preserving technique and prepare your own jars.
Programme:
1:30 pm: Welcome, explanations and vegetable processing
3:30 pm: Snack, aperitif and tea break
6.30pm: Visit to the vegetable garden

CONDITIONS
- Open to everyone aged 16 and over.
- Participants must declare any health problems they may have and take their medication with them.
- In the event of cancellation of the activity, participants will be informed by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible.
- In the event of cancellation by a participant (in writing or by telephone) without a reason of force majeure within the last week, no refund will be made.
