2nd edition of the World Tartar Competition

Once again this year, come and take part in the second edition of the Tartar World Championship at l'Etivaz.

Program :

• 10am to 11am preparation of the tartars by the participants -> on the 1st floor of the Maison de l'Etivaz
• 11am to 12pm the selected jury tastes and scores the competing tartars -> at the entrance to the cellars
• 12 noon to 4 p.m. Tartar tasting for the public on the 1st floor of the Maison de l'Etivaz in the presence of the chefs
• 4pm prize-giving.

During the event, there will be music, food and a presentation of how the cheese is made, as well as a tour of the Etivaz cellars.
