Mycological excursion

From the base of a tree, in a small wet clearing or in a sloping field, your guide will teach you how to find the right places for mushrooms to grow.

Once you have found them, find out which mushrooms are edible and take care to pick them carefully so as not to damage them. Place them in your basket until you have no more place!

During the walk, think of all the recipes you can make with all your hawks, chanterelles or morels. And the best part is that you can tell your guests that you have collected and prepared them yourself!
