The restaurant La Table du Valrose by Chef Benoît Carcenat, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015, puts Valrose on the map of Swiss gastronomy and makes it a unique culinary destination for all lovers of haute cuisine and the art of the table.
Honouring the products of the Pays-d'Enhaut, the Saanenland and the Intyamon, the Chef offers a unique experience in search of flavour combinations inspired by the region and travel, between tradition and innovation. Let yourself be guided by a menu of 5, 7 or 9 courses. Evolving and following the rhythm of nature, it is renewed several times a season.
La Table du Valrose also offers a wide selection of wines from renowned appellations, from rich and important terroirs. This selection, carefully elaborated by the head sommelier, presents great domains of the wine world.
After a year of opening, Benoît Carcenat and his brigade obtained a very good score of 17/20 in Gault&Millau. In addition to this, the restaurant was named one of the "Grandes Tables de Suisse".

ACCESS
- by car: free parking next to the hotel or large free parking at the railway station.
- by public transport: via the MOB train line (stop "Gare de Rougemont"). 1 min. walk to the restaurant.
HOURS
- Open from Wednesday evening to Sunday lunchtime. Weekly closure on Sunday evenings, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at lunchtime.
