Overview
Travel by train from Gryon, Chalméry to Villars train station.
Take your time to discover the surrounding countryside as it unfolds before your eyes along the way. Views over the plain, views of the Grand Muveran and passes through pretty, typical villages await you.
When you arrive in Villars, you can either change trains or continue your journey to Bretaye, where you can enjoy skiing in winter and the mountain pastures in summer, depending on the timetable.

IN SUMMER
- The Gryon-Villars train runs every day from 5.10am to 9.40pm (one train per hour).
- Check the timetable at www.tpc.ch.
BICYCLE TRANSPORT
- Bikes (mountain bikes, e-bikes, etc.) can be transported on the train between Gryon and Villars from all stops except Rochegrises.
IN WINTER
- The Gryon-Villars train runs every day from 8am to 5pm (one train per hour). Check the timetable at www.tpc.ch.
- A ski pass or Magic Pass is only valid on this section if you go skiing.
