Route de la Gare 2
1660 Château-d'Œx
Located on the first floor of the restaurant "Le Chalet" in Château-d'Œx, the MOB model is fully automated. The train runs and is protected by a block system exactly as in reality. Every station is equipped with electric points allowing the trains-crossing as with home and starting signals which indicate the routes used. Images of these signals are faithful to the real size. All this automations, block, signals, circulation of trains were entirely re-examined and renovated at the beginning of 2004. It is managed by a programmable automat of SELECTRON brand.
More than 450 digital informations are being treated by the automat. The program like all the electric wiring was carried out by technical employees of GoldenPass Services. A synoptic panel representing the entire model railway is visible for the visitor and they can follow all the management of the trains circulation like the regulator does in reality. Rolling stock The rolling material visible on the model railway is of BEMO brand. The delivery of certain models such the special locomotives or the coaches with the advertisement were realised exclusively on the basis of BEMO stock since those currently do not exist in the actual trade. The engines are equipped with a digital decoder of ATL Plus brand allowing starting and deceleration all in smoothness giving a realistic effect. A digital power station of ZIMO brand allows the programation and the addressing of every engine.
