La Brasserie des Diablerets

The Brasserie des Diablerets expanded in 2016. A large local clientele quickly emerged.

Offering craft beers brewed in the village with spring water, this brewery uses regional organic products for its production, such as malt from Bavois (VD) and Swiss hops. Around 1,500 bottles are produced every month for the various sales outlets in and around Les Diablerets.

One Saturday a month, you're invited to Les Diablerets to come and brew with us. And for those who give us a hand to bottle all this delicious nectar, there's a cash reward. The dates are on our website.

PROPOSED BEERS

• Blanche Neige (5.1%), white A white beer (wheat beer) with a light bitterness and a fruity aroma. It's a beer for those who don't really like beer!
• Avalanche (4.8%), pale ale A pale ale rich in hop aromas (exotic fruit and citrus). Brewed with 100% organic ingredients. The malt is 100% Vaudois (Pomy).
• Paratonerre (9.2%), strong amber brewed with 5 different malts, giving it a complex caramel colour on the palate.
• Météorite (5.4%) Oatmeal stout A beer with a chocolate colour and the smell of roasted malt. Light on the palate for its style, with strong cocoa aromas. Brewed with the guy next door!
• Framboise (6.5%), mild acidity A slightly acidic delight that will delight your taste buds. Its fruity sweetness and light acidity make it a perfect refreshment for any occasion.
• Eve (6.5%) In fact it's just our raspberry beer, with a little shot of sugar to soften the acidity...
