Le Potag'Oex

Yaëlle and Bastien Rossier are the two founders of the Potag'Œx.

After two CFCs as a farmer and horticulturist and a few years spent at the Jardin des Monts, Yaëlle decided to take over a permaculture greenhouse and farmland in Château-d'Œx.

She grows fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs that she sells fresh or transformed into lacto-fermentation in various restaurants, shops and markets in the region.

But nothing would be possible without the precious help of her companion Bastien who mainly takes care of the office but who does not hesitate to put his hands in the ground if necessary

The market at Potag'Oex takes place every Friday evening and Saturday morning.

At the same place you can find 7 days a week self-service herbal teas, bottled mint drinks, eggs and meat from the Rosette farm (Daenzer family). You can only pay in cash.
