La Consommation Shop

La Consommation SA - more commonly known as La Consom' - has four sales outlets in the Pays-d'Enhaut, in Château-d'Œx, Les Moulins and Rougemont.

In addition to basic foodstuffs, La Consom' offers beef from local farms, in collaboration with the Les Moulins slaughterhouse and the Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut Regional Nature Park.

A dozen producers in the region with herds of suckler cows of meat breed therefore supply animals to La Consom', which sells them retail under the label La Consom' fait boucherie.

With a view to fair trade and responsible eating, one animal per month is offered for sale, so that each piece is valued.

The shop is part of the "Pays-d'Enhaut Produits Authentiques" label.
