Overview
After a first profession in landscaping, Aline Dind felt the desire to devote herself to a practice more in line with the Human being in all its dimensions and touch. Shiatsu was introduced to her and this traditional Japanese art based on Chinese medicine, the practice of Do-in and then Qi gong afterwards, helped her to better understand Life, the mind-body link and to have tools to maintain or regain health (movement, breathing, Chinese dietetics, thinking). This is what she tries to transmit during her treatments or classes.
Japanese manual therapy SHIATSU : Individual sessions: Therapeutic maintenance and treatment by pressure, stretching, mobilization along the meridian lines) 1st session 1h30 = 170.- Subsequent sessions 1 h = 120.- For muscular, articular, digestive, dietary, psychological and sleep problems.
CHI NEI TSANG massage. Individual sessions: 1 hour 120 minutes - 5 different sessions on the 5 organs are offered. For digestive, weight and emotional problems.
LEMNISCATE (In eight): Individual sessions of 1 hour 120 minutes - Relaxing and harmonising massage.
GONG IQ and MEDITATION COURSE: In groups on Thursdays at Château d'Oex at 8.30am or individual. Harmonisation of the Body through Movement, Breath and Spirit. Prices on request.
WALK & ZEN in the open air: Days or half days of conscious walking with Qi Gong, Meditation, Silence, Sharing. Price on request.
