In the restaurant Le Chalet, the cheesemaker produces "Le Chalet Bio" cheese from 400 litres of fresh milk. The demonstration is done in a traditional way, over a wood fire.
A break in this rustic setting allows you to enjoy a fondue. On the first floor, the GoldenPass-MOB model trains will make the eyes of young and old shine. The restaurant staff will give you a souvenir bag.
In the afternoon, visit the Musée du Pays-d'Enhaut, where you can discover the treasures of local crafts and the art of paper-cutting.
The return time to your starting point or the onward journey on the GoldenPass MOB trains is at your free choice. Reserving a seat for this is recommended but not included in the price.
