Golf - Ensex with snow-shoe

From the Golf de Villars, the snow-covered greens will be your playground. From the Golf train stop, join the Golf and head towards the hamlet of Ensex on the hillside of the Chaux-Ronde massif towards the Col de la Croix. The return journey is possible by the same route, on which you can take a gourmet break at the restaurant of the Villars Golf Club, and admire a splendid panorama of the surrounding mountains up to Mont Blanc. The most courageous can also reach Villars after the village of Ensex, via the Col de la Croix road. You can then share the track with cross-country skiers and hikers.

Starting point of the hike : le Golf, access by train from Villars, Golf stop (3rd stop) Free parking at Rochegrise (near the train stop), limited to 10 hours Paid parking at the Centenaire in the centre of Villars, opposite the station. Starting point: Golf Course, via train from Villars, Golf stop. A few safety recommendations: - Check the weather forecast and snow conditions before you start (do not start in poor visibility). - Never start without a map or route plan - Always obey signs and prohibitions - Always look for the nearest sign from your current position - Beware of wrong tracks, if in doubt turn back immediately - Be equipped with adequate material, drinks and, if possible, a mobile phone. - You are on your own responsibility on the hiking trails, cross-country ski runs and toboggan runs. - We decline all liability in the event of accidents, loss or problems (in connection with the forces of nature). - Out of respect for fauna and the environment, we ask you to keep your dog on a leash, to pick up dog excrement and to dispose of your litter
