A magnificent hike starting from Les Mosses, through a forest inhabited by little gnomes and elves. The reward: delicious home-made tarts at the Pra-Cornet refuge on the eponymous plateau.

Put on your snowshoes from Cergnement, in the commune of Gryon, and hike along the Avançon to the Solalex mountain pasture. Here you can enjoy a cheese dish and an invigorating mulled wine while admiring the famous Miroir d'Argentine.

Starting from the Carrière des Chamoix in Leysin, the climb offers splendid views of the lake and mountains. After the slightly steep ascent, reward yourself with gourmet food prepared by the volunteers at the Solacyre refuge.

From the village of La Lécherette, this hike takes you to an altitude of 1,749 metres and offers a splendid view of the Hongrin dam. At the end of the hike, you can enjoy a sweet treat on the panoramic terrace of the Monts Chevreuils hut.

On arrival at the Diablerets Express cable car, recharge your batteries at the pretty Mazots restaurant. Then put on your snowshoes and head for the village of Les Diablerets!
