Located in the heights of Lausanne, AQUATIS invites you to take a trip around the five continents.
AQUATIS invites visitors to embark on a journey across five continents to discover the main freshwater ecosystems. Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania and America... an exceptional journey!
Thanks to a modern, digital scenography focused on education and the conservation of endangered species, discover the AQUATIS trail and its immersive experience adapted to all ages.
Along the way, you can observe 240 different species, with over 8,000 freshwater fish (200 different species), and 100 reptiles and amphibians (34 different species).
To make the most of your day at AQUATIS, themed guided tours are available to help you discover the course from a new and unique angle. Whether you're a family, a couple or a group of friends, set off in search of legends, Fake News or Blue Gold.
Accompanied by a specialist guide and zoo educator, you'll tackle a range of current issues in a dynamic and highly entertaining format!

Practical information
ACCESS
- By car: take the A9 Lausanne-Vennes motorway exit.
- By train: stop at Lausanne station. Take the M2 metro towards Croisettes, get off at Vennes. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes.
PARKING
- A 1,200-space car park is located below the AQUATIS platform. If you visit AQUATIS, you will receive a 50% discount on your car park ticket (valid Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). To take advantage of this discount, please ask at the ticket office at the end of your visit.
- There is also a special outside car park for coaches.
