Ice diving

Lake Lioson, above Les Mosses, deserves its nickname of "the pearl of the alpine lakes". Although many hikers know it in summer, only a few initiated divers discover its depth in winter.

The Lioson lake is hidden by thick, snow-covered ice. The white mountains in the background form a circus, offering a sumptuous setting for the greatest happiness of divers. Once underwater, you are guided by an Ariadne's thread and discover the magical spectacle offered by the clear water of the lake, between its play of lights and bubbles formed by the ice and the few fish left there.

After the dive, in the warmth of the restaurant on Lake Lioson, you share your adventure stories over a good fondue.
