When they take over the family farm, Fanny and Sébastien Henchoz decide to embark on a new and beautiful adventure with plants as their path. He is a carpenter, she is a herbalist, the two mountain farmers. It is in this alpine setting that they cultivate, harvest, dry and transform their plants with the ancestral power of the mountain, combined with the art of biodynamics.

Listening to nature and plants, their crops and pickings are done by hand, in a conscious way, in harmony with the phases of the moon and the position of the planets, knowing the strong influence of these elements on the virtues of plants.

Their herbal teas and blends are made with plants they cultivate, but also wild harvest. Their domain will be recognized organic in 2017, therefore, everything is done in a natural and respectful way.

Thanks to their exceptional quality and authentic know-how, the products made by Fanny and Sébastien have been labelled "Pays-d'Enhaut Produits Authentiques". As well as being locally sourced, this label is a guarantee of quality, ethics and sustainability. The raw materials come from the region and all the processing work is carried out on site, with respect for the environment.
