David and Arthur invite you to discover and savour the delights of local gastronomy. They offer top-quality Swiss meats, in particular the tasty Bex beef reared in the region.
Their preparations and specialities are entirely home-made, a far cry from the standardised products of the supermarkets. They also feature products from other artisans carefully selected for their taste and choice of ingredients.
