For centuries, nearly 30,000 tonnes of salt have been harvested every year at the Mines de Sel de Bex ! The star product ? The famous Fleur des Alpes, which has been extracted in a traditional workshop since 2018... Trapped in the rock for thousands of years, this salt is entirely natural, with no additives, and is packed with minerals and trace elements.

During your visit to the Bex Salt Mines, you may have the privilege of witnessing the artisanal harvesting of the Fleur des Alpes. Every day, the miners extract the brine (salt water). Through a process of evaporation, the salt is recovered, then packaged in its final packaging, ready to enrich your cooking and delicately enhance your dishes.
