Stone walls, traditional wooden bistro tables and a large fireplace in the dining room: this is the welcoming setting of this building dating from 1840, which was turned into a restaurant in 1888. The owners appreciate the authentic cuisine that is certified by the “home-made” label. They love the simple but tasty home-made accompaniments such as seasonal vegetables and French fries seasoned with delicious herbal salt. Meat fondues are among the classic dishes on the menu card, the most original version being one with whisky broth. A lovely selection of regional wines as well as from Lavaux and the Valais accompany these dishes.
In summer, there are a few tables outside allowing guests to sunbathe, while a field of boules invites them to have a game with their friends.
