Wine tasting course dedicated to women

Janine is part of the third generation of children who perpetuate the tradition of vine growing and wine making at the Abbey of Salaz. Close to the land, she pays particular attention to the respect of the flora and fauna of our heritage. She is pleased to offer you a wine workshop entirely reserved for women.

This tasting course will allow you to discover wine and to learn to know its secrets in different stages :

• Explanation of the basics
• Tips and tricks to recognize wines
• How to do a wine tasting
• Concrete exercises (black glasses)
• Tasting of 6 wines

Your training will end with a convivial aperitif and you will leave with a bottle of wine from the Abbaye de Salaz.
