Making your own lemonade - wild plants - Bex

For those who like to pick their own fruit, enjoy nature and drink festive bubbles, this day out in the meadows and on the edge of the bocage will teach you how to make your own lemonade. will teach you how to make homemade lemonade from any edible flower, from spring to late summer!

MORNING
Wild picking is an opportunity to take your time, to forge a more intimate bond nature and discover new flavours. Picking your own food and be able to recognise variety of meadowsweet, yarrow or a carpet of ground ivy, is simply exhilarating! This time immersed in nature, you'll be able to appreciate the green world around you with a whole new perspective!

LUNCHTIME
To combine theory with practice, we'll be serving up a wild aperitif made from wild plants from the surrounding area! After this little boost we'll be able to continue our day with a full belly and a light heart!

AFTERNOON
Homemade lemonade is made with just a few ingredients: a walk in the fields, a few handfuls of spring flowers, a bit of technique, a handful of days of patience and a minimum of ambient heat. At the end of the road a sparkling beverage as beautiful to behold as it is delicious to sip!
