The Bex Sports Commission invites you to take part in a free introduction to cross-country skiing on the magnificent track at Les Plans-sur-Bex. This activity offers an ideal opportunity to learn this sport while benefiting from the equipment provided.

Participants will have the chance to discover the basic techniques of skating, one of the main cross-country skiing techniques, supervised by experienced guides. Participants will be divided into small groups according to their level. In this way, everyone can benefit from learning adapted to their abilities and needs, and make rapid progress.
