Founded in 1909 in Aigle, the Hugo Reitzel company specialises in pickled vegetables and has made a name for itself over the years for its excellent 100% Swiss gherkins.

Hugo Reitzel offers a wide range of pickled vegetables, sauces and other accompaniments for your dishes, which you can buy online or at the "Hugo Shop" in Aigle.
Every Wednesday and Friday from March to November, you can also visit the factory and discover the secrets of making delicious products made in Aigle, in Switzerland's only canning factory.
