Overview
In 1877, only two shops stood on this site. Shortly before 1910, a residential floor was added to the rear of the shops. The architecture of the building is unusual: the large rounded veranda (12 m. long and 60 panes) and the numerous windows on the south and west facades compensate for the complete absence of openings on the north and east facades (on the side of the Echaud lane).
