Buvette du Témeley
Chemin des Chamois
1854 Leysin
The Témeley is much more than a refreshment bar, it is mainly an alpine cheese dairy that operates throughout the summer. Every morning, Alain Cornamusaz uses the milk from his cows to make cheese. Everything is done in the traditional way, in the big cauldron, heated on a wood fire. In winter, the Témeley welcomes hikers for a well-deserved break.
For visitors passing through, the Cornamusaz family offers a mountain breakfast and at midday a "Table du Vacher". For a picnic during the walk, you can fill your backpack with local products.
