From the A9 motorway, exit at ‘Aigle’, then follow signs for Leysin.
A motorway tax sticker (CHF 40.-) is compulsory (valid for 1 year). On sale at airports, customs offices, post offices and service stations. You can also choose the ‘e-vignette’ (digital sticker) on sale on the internet and link it to your number plate.
- In town: between 30 and 50 km/h
- Outside the city: 70 to 80 km/h
- Motorways: 120 km/h
Buses and shuttles
- All year round, the Transports Publics du Chalais buses run between Leysin and the main surrounding areas.
- In winter, there are shuttle buses in Leysin to help you get around.
- During the winter season, a ski bus runs every half-hour between Solepraz and Les Prachets.
