Motorway A9 from Brig or Lausanne, exit at Aigle (N°17)
A motorway tax sticker (CHF 40.-) is compulsory (valid for 1 year). On sale at airports, customs offices, post offices and service stations. You can also choose the ‘e-vignette’ (digital sticker) on sale on the internet and link it to your number plate.
- In town: between 30 and 50 km/h
- Outside the city: 70 to 80 km/h
- Motorways: 120 km/h
Public transport from Aigle
- All year round, the Transports Publics du Chalais buses and trains run between Aigle and the main towns in the surrounding area.
