Cultural mediation will enhance your visit, adding the sweet and savoury notes that make all the difference.

Each municipality taking part in AILYOS presents a series of sculptures, providing an essential and unique link to each recipe, enhanced by the quality of the venues chosen.
Leysin, awarded the ‘Alpine Village of Taste’ label five years ago, and Aigle, designated ‘City of Taste 2025’, lead the way. But Yvorne, Les Mosses and Les Diablerets are not to be outdone, each offering its own recipe to help you savour every moment of the exhibition.
