The Gryon Nordic ski area extends over several sectors, offering a varied choice of runs for all levels.

At Cergnement, the easy runs wind through pine forests, offering a peaceful, bucolic setting. From Cergnement, it's also possible to reach Solalex and its enchanting setting by following a trail overlooked by the Miroir d'Argentine.

The Frience loop is the perfect beginners' trail. It's an easy, accessible route that lets you discover the joys of cross-country skiing in a peaceful environment.

From Les Frasses, the trail takes you in the direction of Coufin, the Col de la Croix or Taveyanne and Les Chaux.
