Chablais-Scope in Les Mosses

Presented for the first time at the Foire du Valais in 2014, it has since welcomed more than 50,000 visitors. The Chablais-Scope train will be at Les Mosses until 1 November.

In 2014, to mark the 100th anniversary of the Aigle-Sépey-Les Diablerets train, Les Transports publics du Chablais (TPC) commissioned artist Pascal Bettex to create the Chablais-Scope. A 35-metre-long kinetic work, the Chablais-Scope is a giant mobile built into a TPC train. It represents the different facets of the Chablais region of the Valais and Vaud and makes it shine as it appears.
