Overview
The Cave du Prieuré has a vineyard of about 5 hectares located mainly in Aigle, the rest being located in Ollon.
Chasselas represents 45% of the vineyard, while Pinot noir and Gamay represent 35%. Gamaret, Garanoir and Diolinoir are also among the varieties grown.
The Cave du Prieuré also buys the product of about one additional hectare in the commune of Aigle.
