Domaine Arc-en-Terre

Arable crops, suckler cows and summer grazing, vines and wines, and a brand new crop that will need some patience before it bears its first fruit: truffles! Passionate about all these productions, the estate is constantly looking for new methods to reduce its ecological impact and inputs, with the aim of achieving a closed, self-sufficient cycle.

In 2021, an important step will be taken with the conversion of the vines to organic production, while the field crops and livestock have been organic since 2014!

The wine
The estate's vines flourish on the slopes of Ollon, under the generous sunshine of the Chablais region of Vaud. Traditional and new grape varieties are grown to produce quality wines that evolve with the vintage and the mood, as well as Chasselas, the essential grape variety! A fresh wine with mineral notes.
