Overview
The Chalet de la Source is located in Gryon, at an altitude of 1160 metres in the Vaud Alps. Its isolated location in the middle of nature provides an ideal place for meetings between SAC (Swiss Alpine Club) members and their families in an idyllic setting.
The Chalet belongs to the Club Alpin de Bex and is for members only.
The accommodation capacity is 14 people, divided into three dormitories. An indoor toilet and washbasin are available, but shower is unavailable. The kitchen is equipped without a fridge or freezer. The chalet is connected to the electricity network.
It is surrounded by meadows and forests and has its own fountain with spring water.
Practical information
In winter, access to the chalet by car is only made by sealskin or snowshoe in 20 minutes.
In summer, a private car park is available 100 metres away.
