VITA course in Leysin

The route is just under 2km long and loops through the forest on natural but well-maintained terrain. The path is very pleasant for running and the exercises work on agility, flexibility or strength.

In 2008, the signs explaining the 43 strength, endurance, mobility and balance exercises at the 15 stations along the route in text and pictures were completely renewed.

Come along for the ride with your children, nature is a beautiful playground. They can watch the deer in the park next to the forest. There is a picnic area where you can have a snack or take a break.
